Who we are
We are a In Home Care Agency located in Charlotte, NC and we service any counties 90 miles outside of Charlotte. We help our clients with their ADL’s which can include light house keeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and much more. We strive for excellence and ensure all our clients are being well taken care of by our trained and certified caretakers.
Our Philosophy
Our goal is to ensure our clients are well taken care of by providing trainings to our caregivers annually, checking in every 90 days with our clients and implementing consistent engagement. We have 4 obligations to our community and they are as follows:
Safety is our biggest priority. We understand having someone come into your home is nerve wrecking and can be scary, but we ensure all staff is properly trained. We make sure our clients are aware of every and all emergency phone numbers, complaint lines, and direct contact information to office staff.
Independence is one of the goals we have for our clients. We all like to do things on our own and have the sense of independence. This is the soul reason why having the extra help can we relieving. The caregiver can help with heavy duties and reminders and serve as tour confidant more than anything, We encourage being active,
Being well nourished. Having someone who can come in and fix up breakfast, lunch or early dinner is a must. A nourished mind is a healthy one.
lastly, quality of life. Life can get tough and having that one person who is consistently there on a daily basis to help with day to day errands can really make all the difference in the world. Knowing when to ask for help is the first step.
